It allows your system to detect when a user sends a message that contains a tracking ID (UID), which we use to match with the original Google Ads click (GCLID) and trigger a conversion.Standard WhatsApp Business (the mobile or desktop app) does not allow programmatic access to incoming messages — which means there’s no way to detect or confirm chats automatically.
