This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our services, including our Meta app integration with the WhatsApp Business API.

We do not collect or store the content of WhatsApp messages. Only metadata required for conversion tracking is processed.

This information is collected automatically through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies as you interact with our Services. We use it to operate, secure, and improve the platform. Data received from Meta/WhatsApp (such as account identifiers, message metadata, and webhook events) is used solely to provide WhatsApp Business functionality and conversion tracking services.
We retain the content of WhatsApp messages only as long as necessary for attribution and tracking, after which it is deleted.
We do not sell, license, or share WhatsApp data with third parties for their independent use.

4. How We Use Your Information
4.1 Limited Use of Google User Data
WAct's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy
(https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only use Google Ads data to provide WhatsApp-to-Ads conversion attribution as described in this Privacy Policy.
- We only use Google Drive data (via the drive.file scope) to create and write to spreadsheets we create on the user's behalf for logging WhatsApp lead data. We do not access any other Drive files.
- We do not use Google API data for advertising purposes, including retargeting, personalised, or interest-based advertising.
- We do not allow humans to read Google API user data unless:
(a) we have the user's explicit consent for specific messages,
(b) it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse,
(c) it is needed to comply with applicable law, or
(d) the data is aggregated and used for internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- We do not sell Google API user data or share it with third parties for their independent use.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
5.1 Meta/WhatsApp
We share necessary data with Meta to enable WhatsApp Business API functionality. This includes account identifiers, message metadata, and webhook events, in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
5.2 Google Ads
We share conversion data with Google Ads to attribute conversions to campaigns. This includes GCLIDs and related metrics.
5.3 Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party providers who assist us with:
Cloud hosting and infrastructure
Data analytics and processing
Customer support
Security and fraud prevention
5.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal request.
5.5 Business Transfers

Log in to your WACT account and use the “Delete Account” option in your dashboard; or;
