Terms and Conditions Coverage

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the WAConversionTracking platform (“Service”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) operated by WAConversionTracking for Social Media Applications Development & Management, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using our Service, you (“User”, “Customer”, or “You”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description

WAConversionTracking is a web-based software that enables businesses and agencies to track WhatsApp conversions from Google Ads campaigns. The Service integrates with the WhatsApp Business API.

Users must either already have an active WhatsApp Business API setup (direct or via a BSP) or migrate to one with our assistance.

WAConversionTracking is not a messaging app, but a conversion tracking solution.

2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the required WhatsApp Business API access.

By subscribing, the User accepts that migration to WhatsApp API (if not already on it) is a dependency for using the Service.

Users must provide accurate account and billing information.

3. Subscription & Payments

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance according to the selected plan.

No refunds are provided once payment is made.

Free trials (where offered) may be cancelled at any time before conversion to a paid plan.

If payment is not received by the due date, the account will be suspended until payment is made.

4. Data & Privacy

WAConversionTracking stores WhatsApp chat messages only for the purpose of verifying that a lead originated from a Google Ads campaign.

All data is handled securely and may be deleted upon termination of the account.

Users may request full deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

A separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and protect data.

5. Account Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Account data will be deleted permanently.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:- Non-payment,- Violation of these Terms,- Misuse of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the WAConversionTracking platform, brand, and software remain the exclusive property of WAConversionTracking.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for their business purposes.

7. Disclaimers

WAConversionTracking is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Meta (Facebook), or Google.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAConversionTracking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the User in the preceding three (3) months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
