No. Our solution requires the WhatsApp Business API. If you're using the standard WhatsApp Business app on mobile or desktop, this solution will not work. You’ll need to integrate your WhatsApp number via an API provider such as Meta Cloud API, 360dialog, or Twilio.

It allows your system to detect when a user sends a message that contains a tracking ID (UID), which we use to match with the original Google Ads click (GCLID) and trigger a conversion.Standard WhatsApp Business (the mobile or desktop app) does not allow programmatic access to incoming messages — which means there’s no way to detect or confirm chats automatically. If your business wants to track WhatsApp leads without any manual steps, the API is required.
